


Hi All,
Prior to the real deployment, we test the campaign workflow using the target of the proof created using the seed address folders.
However, if six persons were on the list while employing the target of the proof, just half of them—or little under 10%—were receiving the test EDMs. I'm not sure why, but I would appreciate it if someone could tell us how to fix it so that everyone in the test folder receives the tests.

You can try this way to figure out cause of exclusion of those seed records.
In the delivery folder, select the delivery created. Below, you can able to see the dashboard of the delivery.
Go to Edit tab > Audit > Proofs tab > double click the proof created.
Now navigate to delivery tab > and can find the sent/failed logs and exclusion reasons for the seed address configured in the proof.

Yeah I checked them here it always shows the proofs has been sent, however the test list users are not receving it.
