Survey Module in V8

Avatar

Hi all, one of my clients is concerning about moving to V8 as the survey module wont be available and they need to use it. They mentioned they could use a 3rd party vendor but prefer not. Are there any other options? Thanks,Matteo

Hi @MatteMa ,

We are using Adobe Campaign Classic V8 hosted, we can see the survey module and we installed it , and using webApplications created a survey with custom archived fields and published it, it is working fine and the data is getting captured.

This is our build.

In Campaign V8, there are two deployment models available:

  1. Campaign FDA Snowflake deployment
  2. Campaign Enterprise (FFDA) deployment

The survey feature is not available in Campaign Enterprise (FFDA) deployment.
