Hi team,

Does anyone help to explain the General Tab in Split Activity? no documentation was found. Also, I have added Segment code but I am getting errors.

Hi @Kumar_27 ,

The Enable overlapping of output populations option lets you manage populations belonging to several subsets:

--- When the box isn’t checked, the split activity makes sure a recipient cannot be present in several output transitions, even if it meets the criteria of several subsets. They will be at the target of the first tab with matching criteria.

--- When the box is checked, the recipients can be found in several subsets if they meet their filter criteria. Adobe Campaign recommends using exclusive criteria.

Concatenate the code: in your inbound if you have some segment code and in split subset you have another segment code, here it will get concatenated

Generate all subsets in the same table: if you have 3 subsets, you will get 3 transitions. But If you enable this option, you will be having one transition (but to differentiate use segment in all 3 subsets and enable this option)

Filtering settings:

Prefer to select 'use the additional data only' radio button.
