SMS External Account Issue after Configuring a new SMS SMPP Account

Hi Team,

 

i earlier had an sms SMPP external account setup and it was working fine, i added a new sms SMPP external account and triggered an sms it seems there is a connection issue and Adobe tries to reconnect and is not stopping and now the SMPP account that was working earlier is also not working now, tired to disable all SMPP accounts but no use, Adobe keeps retrying every 10 seconds. Can anyone help me on how to restart the service? or any other fix?
