Schedule delivery doesn't show same options as documentation

I want to set the delivery to be sent on the 30th at 8am.

I'm following this link, where it shows how to set the contact date using a calendar. But in my ACC console client, I don't see the 2nd step (why?):

My activity scheduling: I just need a calendar to choose the date and time.

Use the scheduler activity and the workflow would look like this.

Hello @god_prophet 

 

The given example is for one-time delivery. If you are using a recurring delivery then you won't see those options from example.
