recurring Workflows freezes

Hello,

We are currently facing an issue with recurring freezes in Campaign Workflows.

During our investigation, we enabled the verbose mode and noticed that this setting seemed to significantly reduce the freeze occurrences.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how was it resolved?

I have experienced this issues with some projects. I would recommend you checking your database indexes (be sure workflow-related tables are properly indexed), verifying the campaign build you are working on and splitting bigger workflows that have heavy targets into smaller ones. Also take a look to the logs, and if this doesn't fix it, raise a ticket with Adobe Support since it could be a possible bug.
