QR code tracking in ACC v7

Hi,

Use case - The client want to print a Postcard/Direct mail which will include a QR code/barcode and will be sent to customers. When the customer will receive the postcard he/she will scan the QR code and that needs to be tracked back into Adobe Campaign Classic v7.

Is there any way of doing this? Please suggest.
