Hi @eyvkarthik ,

Web push notification is not supported out of the box in Adobe Campaign.

It is more of a custom channel.

Hi @eyvkarthik ,

Yes, we can use Classic Campaign V7 to send Push notifications in mobile and also the In app Notifications. Please refer to the below Link where all the steps are given to implement Push notifications in mobile.

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic-learn/getting-started-with-push-notifications-for-android/configuring-and-sending-push-notifications.html?lang=en

You have to select "Message Type" as "Notification Message" to get the Push notifications instead if those inside the APP.

Pravallika.

You can either use OOB JS to call API to send out web push notifications from Adobe Campaign or have a custom channel in place as per your requirement.

Hi @eyvkarthik ,

Regarding your inquiry, unfortunately, there is no existing documentation available for this particular process. However, you can achieve the desired functionality by setting up a web API call from Adobe Campaign to Firebase to send out web push notifications. This involves configuring the necessary endpoints and parameters to ensure seamless communication between Adobe and Firebase.
