Push Events VS Push Events

Hi Team,

 

We are currently using Push Event to send transactional messages via email and sms, we have 2 different SOAP API calls for the same (1 for Email and 1 for SMS), can we combine them in the same single event as Push Eevents?

Yes, PushEvents lets you insert a series of events into the message.

    Thank you for reply, this really helped.

    for example, we a scenario to send an OTP via SMS and Email, would we use push events or 2 SOAP API push event calls? which is better?

    do you happen to know the pros and cons for push event and push events?
