The option which you have checked is used when there is a personalisation, please find the detailed explanation below :-
Prepare the personalization data with a workflow : this option allows to prepare the personalization data contained in your delivery in an automatic workflow, which can make you achieve a significant increase in performance for executing personalization.
If you use targetData from workflow for personalization, then by enabling this checkbox, it will increase execution performance. If you don't have such personalization, you can disable it.

It seems there is a call in your delivery template about Recipients which it is unable to read, Could you include them in your targeting so that it would be populated correctly.

Hi @AkshayAnand , but why deactivating that option makes this workflow sent the delivery?
Is there an explanation for this? Having the template included or not, seems not to be the reason.
