OOB Schema Issue - Nms:CouponValues

Dear All, Need your help here. We couldn’t find the out of the box column values in nms : couponValues schema structure.
It is properly fetching the columns in DEV region but we are facing the issue in PROD due to this workflows are failing.

Is there a way to reload this nms schema? since it is OOB we couldn't experiment much, Please assist.

Hi @ukender , 

 

If this is On premise, then please see to the coupon values table ; if you have the first record with empty value. 

Also , try to regenerate the schema if you can.

    Hi Ukender, Yes this Null value will be used for the joins from the coupons to coupon values table.. so my guess is to remove the coupon and then regenerate the table.

    Was the issue resolved? It would be helpful if you could please share the workaround or solution. I am also facing the same issue, build version 9032.
