Offer analysis report - tracking

Avatar

Level 2

Hi, I am trying to understand why the Offer analysis report that is standard in Adobe Campaign is not displaying all the deliveries that it should. The only difference that I can see between the deliveries that do track, and the ones that don't is the way the Proposition is inserted into the email.

The ones that do track have the Proposition inserted as Rendered HTML, the ones that don't track are using the Proposition attributes.

Anyone else had something like this?

Hi Kim,

You need to add Proposition Update as a tracking into your cubes or reports. Per default, it's not considered as a click.

Thanks,

Thanks David. Would this track impressions and clicks?
