OBD(Outbound Dialer) Integration

Hi All,

 

My client wants to implement OBD in campaign. Their requirement is as follows, the customer will receive a voice call and over a call recording will play which will explain the product description or any scheme to customer and then if customer pressed any button on dialer he will receive an SMS with product related info or URL.

 

Can we integrate this functionality in Adobe Campaign ? If yes, then please guide me.
