Hi @Shruti1 ,

If a Recipient get excluded in a delivery, those details will be stored in exclusion log table.
The exclusion reasons may be User unknown, Invalid domain, Unreachable, Account disabled, Mailbox full, Not connected, Refused, Error ignored since address is allowlisted, The recipient address is not specified, The recipient was denylisted when the delivery was performed, The recipient address was in quarantine when the delivery was performed, The address of the recipient is already referenced for this delivery, Recipient has been excluded by a typology rule of type 'SQL', Recipient has been excluded by an 'arbitration' typology rule, A personalization script has canceled delivery of this message, The postal address quality rating is too low, The postal address has not been qualified, The recipient was excluded as not eligible for the offers in the delivery outline, The recipient was excluded because the maximum delivery size was reached, The address is part of the control group etc.

You can see the failure reason on exclusion log table by configuring [msg/@failureReason]
