Is there any document to demonstrate Distributed Marketing with custom Web Application

Hi,

Is there any documentation/video/tutorial, which shows step by step method of implementing Distributed Marketing?

That should include:

1. Best practice to setup Central & Local entities/user-groups/access roles

2. Custom web application methods/API/Dynamic Javascript etc.

3. Custom filter criteria (schema extension)

4. Package design (target/filter/budget)

5. APIs to show target list / budget / exclusions etc.

As of now I see all details scattered across different documents / different parts in experience league.

Yes, I did go through this document.

Is there any document, which explains how I can associate a custom web application to order a campaign? The link of the custom web application should also be associated in the email, which is sent after a campaign package is published (availability of a new distributed campaign).
