That should include:
1. Best practice to setup Central & Local entities/user-groups/access roles
3. Custom filter criteria (schema extension)
4. Package design (target/filter/budget)
5. APIs to show target list / budget / exclusions etc.
As of now I see all details scattered across different documents / different parts in experience league.

Is there any document, which explains how I can associate a custom web application to order a campaign? The link of the custom web application should also be associated in the email, which is sent after a campaign package is published (availability of a new distributed campaign).
