Is possible to automate the sending of confirmation emails to members other than the approver before Mail delivery?

Hello.

Currently, the scheduled workflow will be delivered with the approval of approver.

 

Scheduler -> Workflow execution -> Send email -> Received by approver -> Approver approves -> Deliver to target

 

I want sending of confirmation emails to members other than the approver before Mail delivery.

But, As this tutorial video indicate, there are number of steps must take to send a confirmation email.

You can achieve this by using advanced delivery with option send a proof (you can check the multi approval box if multiple approvers needed) then approval activity and finish with advanced delivery with option prepare and start.

 

If you want also a target approval you can add another approval approval.

Hello @davidkangni, Thank you for your reply. Currently, after target extraction, a list is created. and Delivery using a template(uses Recurring Delivery). In this case, where should the delivery activity be placed? Can specify a delivery template in the Delivery activity, but cannot create content. Do work with other Delivery activities? Sorry, I don't know how to use the delivery activity... Thank you.
