In landing page buttons are not working when the LP is published!

Hi Guys,

We have created a landing page for our use case, In that we have added some field and in addition to that we have added button with + icon, This is to added some extra field if needed.

This + icon is not working when the landing page is published and the screenshot has been attached for the reference.

In the above screenshot, add more referral (+ icon) button is not working once the landing page gets published.

Let me know your thoughts on this!
