implement variables on survey page

Hello Guys,

I am currently made a Workflow. In this Workflow I calculated a score with the age of the recipient.

Now I want the calculated score also on the survey page.

how can I preload the score from my Workflow to the WebApp are or where in the WebApp area can I calculated variables?
