Hybrid Solution Adobe Campaign - Error Enable the tracking instace

Hello everyone,

I am installing the Tracking Instance and im getting the error below. Basically the Marketing Instance is on premise and we have a proxy before reaching Adobe network. Any suggestion how to solve it?

I tried to add Lan 4 to serverConf.xml and instance xml but i still get the same issue

Hi @Luca_Lattarini ,

 

You should check the web log to confirm that it is IP whitelisting issue. If it's the case, provide your server IP to Adobe Tech Ops. They will add it to the allow list on mid sourcing server.
