Hello everyone,

I need to raise a ticket to TechOps to install Pipeline and IMS. Which website can I refer to?

Thanks

Hi @luca_lattarini - both of these integrations are pretty complex and I would recommend using Adobe Consulting or a competent Adobe Solution Partner. I have done both of these and even with the help of the Adobe Pipeline/Triggers integration team it was a struggle to implement properly as the documentation didn't match the reality. Not sure if this has since been rectified. Definitely try to work with someone who has done this successfully before.

If you work with Consulting or a partner, they should be able to liaise with TechOps on your behalf. Otherwise raise the ticket in the Support area of the Experience Cloud admin interface.

Cheers

Darren

Hi Luca,

Now to open a ticket, you need to go through admin console

You can find more details on how to create a support use case here

Thanks,

David
