Hello everyone,

I would like to add TXT records for my subdomain (GMAIL) . How can I obtain and add TXT records for my subdomain with hybrid solution (midsourcing on Adobe side)?

Thanks

Luca

@luca_lattariniit looks like full domain name delegation is available for both Hosted and Hybrid deployment options. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/installing-campaign-classic/architecture-and-hosting-models/hosting-models-lp/capability-matrix.html?lang=en#capability-matrix

Probably the easiest way to tell, is lookup the nameservers for your sending domain (https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/#NS/) and check what is returned. If they correspond to the IP addresses of the four Adobe nameservers listed below, then you have full domain delegation to Adobe and should be able to access the Campaign Control Panel (if you are an enterprise Campaign admin):

  • a.ns.campaign.adobe.com / ns-261.awsdns-32.com (205.251.193.5)
  • b.ns.campaign.adobe.com / ns-1856.awsdns-40.co.uk (205.251.199.64)
  • c.ns.campaign.adobe.com / ns-653.awsdns-17.net (205.251.194.141)
  • d.ns.campaign.adobe.com / ns-1527.awsdns-62.org (205.251.197.247)

If your IP addresses on your nameservers are different, then its likely you need to find who manages the DNS for the sending domain you are using and have them add the TXT record in for you.

Cheers

Hi @luca_lattarini - if Adobe is the delegated authority on your sending domain and you have access to Campaign Control panel you can add in the Google TXT records yourself: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic-learn/control-panel/subdomains-and-certificates/google-txt-record-management.html?lang=en

If not, you need to find who manages your DNS records for your sending domain and have them add the TXT record.

Cheers

Hello @darren_bowers ,

Thanks for your help.

Does the shared link is valid for AC hybrid solution as well? because I am not able to see the Campaign Control panel.

Luca
