How can use JavaScript to deliver a proof email with a seed address?

I was able to copy the delivery instance with "nms.delivery.LaunchFCP(DeliveryID)".
But, I get an error because there is no destination address.
How can use JavaScript to deliver a proof email with a seed address?

You need an actual recipient to generate proof.
