Ho we can publish video in Adobe campaign classic

Hi Team 

 

I tried to publish using the public resources 

There i could able to publish the images and the video not get uploading 

Does anyone have solution for it?

Please check if the video extension(.mp4) is whitelisted in the config default file in the server.

if Adobe Managed then raise a ticket with Adobe Support to whitelist it.

If Hybrid/On Premise hosted then add the extension to uploadWhitelist and restart the services.

I would suggest checking the allowed limit on the file size and the file format in the instance config file.
