Forward to Friend function is not working (Used Social Viral Links from Adobe classic application)

Hi all,

 

Forward to Friend function is not working (Used Social Viral Links block from Adobe classic application), the form is displaying for me and i have entered all the required information, also I am getting the message as "Message has been sent". But I am not receiving any forwarded emails.

 

anyone faced this issue before?

Have you reviewed the documentation below?:

Additionally can you confirm that the Transfer of Original Message template has been updated appropriately as the default uses <%=visitor.referrerEmail%> which needs to be updated to the sender domain of your instance.

I have just used the personalization block of social viral links in the template and checked the functionality so it is not working, how to update the domain as I am not aware of it could you please explain in detail?
