Feasibility of annotation in email preview

Can we show an Image in Gmail Inbox preview? I have attached the screenshot for better understanding where in an image is getting displayed when we receive a mail in Gmail inbox.

Hello @abc23 

The screenshot you have shared is a Google ad and not an actual email preview.

However you can use amp to add image carousel to your email but it comes with its own limitations
