Exclude recipients schema from Recipient Delivery Log schema + Recipient tracking Log schema

Hi guys,

 

I created an exclusion from Recipient Delivery Log schema vs Recipient tracking Log schema from several deliveries to get the "No Openers". Now I have received a list that was uploaded into Recipients schema and I need to exclude this list to the No Openers result.

 

I have tried Change dimension or Enrichment to find a workaround but either I get errors or the exclusion throws 0 results.

 

Do you guys know how to solve it?

Hello @raulocana ,

 

You can directly use the recipients to query on delivery logs and tracking logs.
The exclusion query should look like this. i am checking the deliveries on the basis of delivery codes

The Status operator should be "equal to" instead of "greater than or equal to"
