Does Adobe Campaign support Web Animation in Landing page?

Hello folks,

We have landing pages that use the web animation library in HTML code.

But when the page is hosted in Adobe campaign, the animation does not work.

Is there any limitation regarding the same?

ACC does support basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in landing pages, but the use of advanced web technologies like web animations may not be fully supported or might face limitations. If your animations are not working when the page is hosted in Adobe Campaign, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• Resource Loading: Ensure that all necessary files (like JavaScript libraries for web animations) are correctly referenced and loaded on the landing page.
• Security Restrictions: Adobe Campaign may impose security restrictions that could prevent certain scripts from executing properly.
• Environment Compatibility: The environment where Adobe Campaign hosts landing pages might not fully support the web animation library you are using, especially if it relies on modern JavaScript features.

Given these potential issues, it is advisable to test your animations in a standard web environment first and then consult with Adobe support if they fail to work when hosted within Adobe Campaign.
