Getting the above error. What could be te possible reasons other than DB cleanup workflow deleting temp tables or resources validity duration expiring the resources? The latter is set to 60 days and when I searched with the delivery ID in DB cleanup workflow audits, couldn't find anything.. Please help

@Sanjana12 some users may encounter this when working with the delivery template. If you've raised a query regarding failed deliveries, the following suggestions might help troubleshoot the situation:

  1. Contact Date Set to Prior Date: Ensure that the Contact Date is not explicitly set to a date in the past when triggering the delivery within a workflow. This unexpected configuration could lead to delivery failures.

  2. Validity Period and Retry Limit: Check if the Validity period is set to 1 day. This setting is designed to limit the Retry period. Adjusting this parameter may impact the delivery process.

  3. Workflow Trigger Date: Confirm that the delivery was triggered within the workflow on the intended date. If the delivery is triggered on a later date, it might lead to unexpected outcomes.

Hi @Sanjana12

Might be that the relevant target target was not selected, have you tried to preview the delivery with same set of the resources from the table. This could help debug the issue.
