Hi all,
Is there a way to differentiate between the opens that are induced by apple machine from a user originated opens?
Since from the link: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/e-mail-tracking-pr...information : "apple will download on a proxy server any single images from your incoming emails before downloading into the mail app: It will then generates a "false" positive open tracking".
Is there a way to differentiate the apple generated opens from the actual user generated opens in campaign classic- In the screenshot below, taken from the link: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/deliverability-learn/deliverability-best-practice-guide/addi...
its mentioned that this is possible and many other providers have taken this measure. However the implementation is new [Is it something already possible in adobe campaign classic or is it something in progress and we might see in future upgrades?]
Providers like Sendgrid is doing this : https://sendgrid.com/blog/apple-machine-open-indicator/
Is similar thing possible in campaign classic? or can be seen in future?
Thanks in advance!

Hello @Poonam_Dogra
Sendgrid is able to do it because they are tracking on which IP the email was opened. If the email was opened on a proxy then the ISP of the IP will be Apple and this is marked as Open by Apple Machine else it will be considered a real user.
But this information is not available in AC.
