Delivery

There is a workflow and inside that workflow there is a recurring delivery which is executed 6:00 am everyday.

the time taken for the preparation for the delivery is more than 30 mins

What could be the possible reasons for this?

Can you check the audit tab for that particular workflow and see which activity takes the majority of time?
