Delay in Email delivery in Adobe campaign classic

Hi All,

I am facing an issue in workflow where emails are getting delayed in delivery.

 

Your advice is appreciated.

What do you mean by delay?

  • Are you getting emails after 30 mins or 1 hour after executing the workflow?
  • Is the delivery stuck in the delivery preparation stage?

-Yes I was receiving emails after 5 hours 

- yes it shows status as progress and email delivery keeps flashing 

Can you please suggest what might had happened?

Hello @Vanditha_Pan 

 

Then it could be related to the heavy personalization in the delivery. If you have a lot of personalization in delivery, it takes a lot of time for delivery preparation.

 

Also, check the contact date of the delivery.

Hi , Thanks for great reply much appreciated

We haven't used any personalization in emails its just as static email. We havent set any contact date as well , Can you please help with this
