Data import workflow

Hello,

 

I am creating data import workflow in adobe campaign classic.

I have added below activities in workflow.

 

File Transfer (external sftp location) -> data loading -> data update

 

In data update activity its throwing below error. Please help.

"The computation step update data must have one inbound transition"

Hi @swaghmode ,

The error is because there is no transition attached to Update data activity.

Hello @swaghmode ,

To upload a file from an external SFTP server the flow should be
File Transfer >  File Collect >  Data Upload > Update Data

Could you please share a screenshot of how you have configured the update data activity?

Hello

 

In Data update activity, 

I have given Operation Type as "Insert".

Record Identification as "Directly using the targeting dimension".

Gave schema name in updated dimension and added destination and source fields.
