Client build 9383 - problem with uploading files to Adobe

Hello, After upgrading users client to block 9383, we are facing problem to load file to adobe from local stations. we are getting error BAS 010014 Cannot open file. while in secong attemptwe are getting notification that the file already exist on the server. We cannot access the file.
I would appriciate help with this issues.

It is a known issue and Adobe has released a new version of the Client Console for 7.4.1, check the software distribution page to get the latest version with the fix.
