Client build 9383 - problem with uploading files to Adobe

Hello, After upgrading users client to block 9383, we are facing problem to load file to adobe from local stations. we are getting error BAS 010014 Cannot open file. while in secong attemptwe are getting notification that the file already exist on the server. We cannot access the file.
I would appriciate help with this issues.
