CC email for transactional emails/message center emails

Is there a way to cc an emails sent using message center. The requirement is to send a confirmation email to the primary owner and the secondary owner of a particular transaction that is being performed online.

    Hello Ravish,

    The Campaign application does not support CC.  It has some limited functionality for BCC for the case of email archiving (see below).

    Hi,

    Send a PushEvents request with 2 rtEvent elements- one for each address.

        Hello Jon,

        We are currently sending 2 rtEvents, but the need is to have one email with both the recipients in one email for the rtEvent.

        The links for are standard marketing emails. We are looking for a use case of targeted 101 emails to not just one but two customers in one email.
