Can Adobe Campaign console be installed on Mac?

Hi,

I am using Mac OS. I am doing certification for Adobe Campaign. Just wanted to know whether it can be installed on Mac Machines. If yes, please suggest how it can be done for training purposes?

Hi Karan,

Adobe campaign cannot be installed on a MAC machine as it's not yet compatible.

You can deploy a windows VM or parallel windows on MAC to use Adobe campaign.

Are there any updates to this? As many developers and designers use OSX and need access to Adobe Campaign, it's a pretty major hindrance to workflow.

Can you give any indication of when you will be releasing a Mac version of Adobe Campaign?

Hi,

There is no plan and probably won't be any plan to make the client console of Campaign Classic available for Mac.

There are a few workarounds to make it work but know that they are not supported, hence any problem you encounter with one of the following method will be only your responsibility:

• Using a Windows virtual machine on which you'd install the Windows console.
• Using a parallel Windows installation on your Mac.
• There are software that allow to install windows programs on a mac, requiring a few tweaks but eventually working.

With that said, Campaign Standard is browser-based, so if you have a way to use Campaign Standard (if you purchased this product or Campaign Prime to connect Classic and Standard), you can use ACS on any machine.
