Campaign V8 - Target recommendations using rawbox

I created campaign in Target:

Then I inserted dynamic image in Campaign like this:

Why it does not work? Did I omit something?

Hello @michael_soprano If someone does not qualify for the recommendation then the backup/default recommendation will be visible.

Looking at the screenshot, it seems you have disabled the backup recommendations.

Try adding a fallback recommendations and it should work.

I did not work. Could you double check if I make it right?

1. Create property for email in administration

2. Create reco in that email property

3. Create reco in a given location

4. In campaign - put the rawbox and property

What do you think?
