Campaign production error: FATAL: remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connections

Hi,

We are seeing issues on our dev and prod environments, we believe to do with space, but not sure what is filling up i.e. temporary tables / logs? The impact being the marketing workflows fail when run first, but then can be restarted manually and succeed (therefore we dont think it's a storage issue!)

1.Dev area out of space – Seeing the following error – PostgresSQL Error: ERROR: could not extend file “base/16388/5818143.2”@ No space left on device HINT: Check free disk space.
