Hi,
I want to send a delivery to an operator instead of recipient, can someone help me on how to achieve this.

Hi Raaghuik,
Please click on the "To" link of the delivery form / delivery model form, then change the Target Mapping from Recipients (nms:recipient) to Operators (xtk:operator)
