Hi Rajendra, Campaign adds 'http' by default in front of the server name, there is nothing you can about it. I contacted support and this is a known bug up until build 9032. The only solution is to upgrade to at least 9036, or to install the Azure CLI and use the az commands, but I doublt that will work on a hosted environment as we have. Hi,

Create an external account for Azure and fill in connection details.

Once created, the account will be visible in file transfer activity.

Thanks,

-Jon

Hi Jon, I'm encountering the same issue as Leonie mentioned : ACC seems to only accept http connections. Do you know how to establish an https connection? Thanks !

Did this work for you?
I've created the external account and used it in the File Transfer activity but it is giving me an SSL connection error.

I also see from the session logs that the connection they're trying to make is http and not https.
Even when adding https:// before the server url from azure in the external account, in the logs it is then displayed as http://https://serverurl.

Any tips on how I can resolve this?

Thanks!

Leonie

The issue seems to be that classic is only able to handle this request with http but my blob storage config is expecting https.

Adobe Campaign Classic uses http by default. Asking Adobe Support if there is any way to get this working with https. Any ideas here?

For ACS it shouldn't be an issue as on their doc pages it clearly states that https is recommended.

Hi,

try without giving http or https, Campaign will take "http" by default, so no need to give while providing details for server name. Also there is Encryption dropdown where you can select none or SSL based on your criteria.

You can try that, I hope it will work for you. Let me know if you face any issue.

Regards,

Rajendra
