Big Query External Account - Data Loading Error in Non Admin User

Hello, Everyone.

 

In our project, We use an external accout for Google BigQuery Data Connection.
There's no problem to use this one by administrator right.
But,  There's data access error if no admi operators try to use it.
 

Error message is like following :

You do not have access to data in the data source 'ncdm-p-pii-reader@kone-platform.iam.gserviceaccount.com:kone-platform@C:\Users\acadmin\Desktop\ncdm-p-pii-reader_20231219.json'.

 

We try to change key file directory or directory access permission,
created a user was created with all named right except administrator and the user was added to the external account folder.

 

Campaign Operators does not have to have Admin right but need to use bigquery data access.

It's critical for us.

 

Is there anyone who have similar problem?

Could anyone share any clue in this kind of problem?

You have to create a custom named right and give to non-amin users who need access to remote database.

Please follow this instructions to do so.

    Hello @jieunki1 

     

    Select the Upload Key file to server option and it should work.

     

    Also, Please don't post the username and service account without masking.
