Approvals tab missing from delivery

I'm unable to see the approvals tab on some deliveries.

 

Have I missed a configuration somewhere?

Hello @campaignap,

 

The approval tabs will appear only if you are using the one-time email activity or the recurring one.

 

I assume you are using the delivery activity from the actions tab of the workflow.

Thanks Manoj.

 

I would actually like to create an email delivery template that has some default approvers group. The problem is, I can't see the approvals tab when creating the template from the delivery templates view.


Do you know if this is possible?

Hi @campaignap 

 

Please find a similar thread with the solution. You can use approvals in workflows as well as while using the email delivery activity.

set default reviewer group
