Any solution to save message center mirror pages ?

Hello,

 

For legal reasons, we need to keep track of all the messages we're sending to our customers through message center.

We first thought of just generating all the mirror page URL and then download them all with concurrent wget requests, but it is too slow.. we have about 100K pages to download... everyday so it takes about 20hrs to process.

We then thought of recreating the HTML via the mdata CTX which would be much faster I guess.

 

Do you do any anyway to generate html output with specific CTX and message center delivery template ID (i.e. what RT server actually do) ?

I do not know why you need to archive transactional emails.. but you can do following:

 

You can get the mirror page url programmatically by JSAPI method described in

here

Hi @roro_coeur ,

Is it just the mirror pages you want to download specifically or the emails?

There is an option to archive emails by keeping an inbox in BCC.

Hi Deb, thank you for your answer. We heard about the BCC solution, but maintaining an inbox with the emails is not optimal for us regarding the large amount of emails we will have to save. And we're not sure about the impact of delivrability or time process; that's why we're a looking for another way to save the content of emails..
