Alternatives to survey module - ACC V8

The survey module is not available in Campaign V8 - Campaign Enterprise (FFDA) deployment.

What alternatives are there for capturing survey data in Campaign?

It looks like Surveys are available, just not for FFDA deployments. You can see in another posting that V8 users were able to accomplish this:
