Adobe Campaign Work flow with Signal/ Wait/ Scheduler automatically goes to Paused status

Hi ,

 

We are facing an issue with any WF that has Wait/ Signal/ Scheduler is going into Paused mode  without any error. The WF runs the first time and when hits the Wait/ Signal/ Scheduler it gets paused.

 

Could  anyone let me know any pointers here ?

Hi,

 

We are not getting any details from Log . Logs are not showing any errors.

Hi,

 

The purpose of those activities is to pause the workflow until a designated time or signal resumes it.

The workflow state itself is still 'Started' right?

Hi Jon,

 

The moment the WF hits Wait/ Scheduler from started it goes into Paused state. Let say we have WFs scheduled with scheduler at 8 AM. At AM  the WF goes into Paused Status and nothing gets executed. Then we need to start the WF manually.

 

Again the same with Wait  Step. With Signal First time the WF gets executed and then instead  of staying in Started state WF goes into Paused state.
