Adobe campaign classic - Analytics integration

We need to do integration of Adobe campaign and Analytics.
while configuring the external account, we see all the fields are greyed out except Email column in the configure link. Attached the Screenshot for reference.

 

we are getting below error after clicking on the configure link:
Cannot process request for method 'getIMSOrgDetails'. Error Message: 'INT-150012 The HTTP query returned a 'Bad Request' type error (400)
XTK-170065 Error while authenticating: '{"error_description":"The metascopes in the JWT are not a subset of the metascopes in the binding.","error":"invalid_scope"}'
ANC-930007 'AnalyticsRequestManager': Error while fetching authorization token'. Request Details: '{"method":"getIMSOrgDetails","internalName":"EXT6","useUserAccessTokenIfPresent":"true"}'

 

Could you please help us with this?

@_abhishek_, Looks like you don't have Adobe Identity Management System (IMS) implemented. Reach out to adobe support and ask them to configure Adobe IMS for you.

Hi @_abhishek_ ,

You need to configure your IMS organization before you can proceed with this integration.

Please reach out to your Adobe Support team.

Post IMS configuration these fields will be enabled for you to continue the Integration.

Instead of using username and password. Try logging in via your Adobe ID.

You are getting an error in processing the request for method 'getIMSOrgDetails'.

Can you get your IMS configuration validated?
