Accessing Multiple DB's through one instance

Hello,

We have our current instance connected to SQL servers database. We want to access data from a different database (Redshift). Can we have 2 DB connections for a single instance? Can we have SQL server as primary DB which hosts all the adobe tables and we can access few tables from Redshift? If yes, How?

Below are some of the details.

Current version : Adobe Campaign Classic (Hybrid deployment) V.6.1.1

Primary DB : MSSQL 2012

    Hi Vasanth,

    external DB access is possible via FDA:

    Accessing an external database (FDA)

    Redshift is listed in the FDA section of the compatibility matrix thus should work:
