Hi everyone,

I am new to this adobe platform, started learning to grab a job and work on it. I have a question. How can i access the analysis workplace, when ever i try to login it shows only this to me "It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts.
Please get in touch with your Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support ".

what should i do to learn the analysis. Your insights will be very helpful.

Thank you.

Looks like your Adobe ID isn’t linked to the right permissions. You’ll need to contact your Org Admin to get access or reach out to Adobe Enterprise Support. If you're just trying to learn, you can check out Adobe's free tutorials or use the Sandbox if your company has one. Hope that helps!

You're seeing this error because your Adobe ID isn’t linked to an Adobe Experience Cloud account with Analysis Workspace access. This usually happens if your organization hasn't assigned you an Adobe Analytics license, or you're using a personal Adobe ID instead of an Enterprise Adobe ID. To fix this, contact your Org Administrator or IT team and request access via the Adobe Admin Console.

If you're learning Adobe Analytics for job purposes and don’t have access, you can still gain knowledge through Adobe Experience League’s free courses, YouTube tutorials, and Adobe Analytics blogs.

Hi @hashitoshm ,

I think what happened is that you created an Adobe ID for learning purposes and expected the Adobe solutions to be available under your account. It does not work like that, Adobe solutions are licensed on organization level and not on individual Adobe ID account level. An Adobe ID account can access Adobe solutions like Adobe Analysis Workspace and other only if and organization provides access to those solutions on your Adobe ID. If you are part of an organization which has an active Adobe Analytics license you can get in touch with their Admin to have your Adobe ID added as a user. Once that is done, you should be able to access analysis workspace.

Cheers!
