Solved

Hope I'm posting this in the correct place. I'm redoing our company's email template and I've hit a roadblock. Microsoft Outlook seems to be removing images and some element stylings when the email is viewed from the PC app. Outlook in browser or on the Mac app works just fine. It's almost like the normal classes, or mkToImg classes are being completely ignored. Could someone help me address this? I have the email code below (swapped in dummy copy and links). Some of it is cannibalized from old templates that were made before my time:---------- <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"> <head> <!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <o:OfficeDocumentSettings> <o:AllowPNG/> <o:PixelsPerInch>96</o:PixelsPerInch> </o:OfficeDocumentSet

Hi Community!   I'm supporting a team member who asked to remove leads from a Nurture Program as they will be specifically targeted/nurtured by one of our Customer Experience Reps. When I ran the campaign to change their Program Status to Not In Program (I know we lose stats that way), Marketo adjusted the leads to that status and then automatically reverted them back to Member. Any idea why this happened? Not In Program isn't a status on the Channel tag so it's not moving backwards/out of order.   As I don't usually use Not In Program for any of our initiatives, I also added a Pause on the Stream Cadence to catch these folks JUST in case something happened with the status (and glad I did now!). Would that have caused the issue? Here's a screenshot of the results in case it helps.   For now, I can see that the leads who were included in this campaign have all retained their Paused status so we won't send them any content BUT I want to be sure they don't get un-paused in

Hi,I have a requirement where I am including a data-sly-resource within a data-sly-list. I want the path of every resource to be different i.e. use an index or sightly use variable as well as the component should be referenced from the use api.<data-sly-list.item="${class.list}"><div data-sly-resource="${@path='par${item.name}', resourceType='${item.componentPath}'}></div></div>I could do this using cq:include in jsp.I am not sure if a sightly variable/tag can be used within another sightly tag. What I am trying to is have a multifield widget that accepts resourceType from the author. I should be able to reorder the included components. Can you let me know if there is any other way to achieve this?

Hi there,   I am trying to get my Marketo form to open the file download in a new tab when a user submits the form. I've gone through countless of these posts with solutions, but they're all either outdated or in javascript, and as a beginner to coding/Marketo, I'd like to submit this post asking for help with editing the HTML code below so that it opens the file in a new tab.   Thank you in advance to anyone that helps!   <script src="//sponsors.aha.org/js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js"></script> <form id="mktoForm_2464"></form> <script>MktoForms2.loadForm("//sponsors.aha.org", "710-ZLL-651", 2464);</script>

Hey guys, I am attempting to programmatically retrieve the URL of a Video Asset that is stored in the DAM... currently I've gotten as far as retrieving the Video as a Resource & pulling off its ValueMap, but I'm wondering which tools I should use to get the URL? Don't think it is stored in the ValueMap, so I'm thinking I might need to use something like AssetManager. Current approach to get valuemap below  ValueMap imageResourceValueMap = videoResource.getValueMap(); Thanks, -Joey

Hi all,in transactional emails, is there a limit for products in product listing? We didn't find any reference on the guide. Thanks!

I'm about to switch laptops and would like to export and import all the connections I have configured the ACC client. Since we support quite a few clients on ACC, we have multiple connections to keep track. Let us know if there is any way to achieve this. Rajiv

I'm working on updating an older Omniutre install to the latest version of Adobe Analytics. One thing I've noticed in the new version is that the page names in reports are displaying as lowercase where in the old Ominture version that appeared regularly.. is there a setting that controls this?

Hello,I need to add some custom 3rd party pixel by Data Collection (former Adobe Launch).Any suggestion about best practices?Any example of code or tutorial to add it? I assume that it is possible by custom code on a rule, is it correct? Many Thanks,Alex

I have a requirement to build Link Objects (Type: com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.commons.link.Link) for multiple custom components that we are developing. I see that the LinkHandler (Type: com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.internal.link.LinkHandler) does this job. But, this class belongs to the internal package and hence I cannot import it into any of my custom implementations. As this is not associated with any core component, I'm not sure if there is a way to get a reference of  LinkHandler using the Sling delegation pattern approach.  Is there any way we could create a reference of this class? Or do we need to do the implementation ground up again?

Good morning Hive Mind! We have a form where our SalesOps group wants two fields: * Email * Phone They want to set it up so that one or the other is required, but AT LEAST one must be filled out. That is, if someone fills out Email, they don't have to fill out Phone and vice versa, but ONE of the two fields must have a value. How would we do that?

Hi,I need to set Default value in Dropdown of fragment model as there is no property of "default value" in Dropdown datatype. Please suggest what need to do to get it.

It would be very helpful if I could pull data from multiple programs into one Email Performance report and have the individual emails grouped and totaled by program.  I don't think there is an existing way to do this.  I tried using RCE but there are some major data discrepancies I'm still trying to figure out.  I like that the Program Performance report let's you filter by tag, but it doesn't show me the email metrics that I'm interested in comparing from program to program. If there is not an existing way to pull email metrics the way I'm suggesting, I'd like to create an Idea to suggest this functionality be added.I welcome any feedback! Thank you,Megan

Hi All, AEM Version: 6.5.12 Problem: In a component, we need to add 2 buttons "view" and "download" and upon clicking, It either opens DAM pdf in a new TAB or download. I am aware of Content disposition filter issue which is implemented for security issue from AEM 6.2. Question: Is there any  way to achieve both either using some JS library or any sort of Servlets? NOTE: We are not looking out to make any change at Dispatcher level for this solution. Thank you in advance.

I have someone with Adobe Analytics, they want to combine it with data from other sources to create reports. I know you can manually download a CSV, but is there any way to make some sort of connector or automated process to have their Adobe Analytics data in a google sheet? I don't know if it would be through Adobe Analytics, google sheets, or possibly a third party service. Thanks.

Hello! I am looking to build a report with a column that calculates the overall turn time from the Request Entry Date to the Resolve Project's Actual Completion Date - excluding weekends and holidays. Any help is appreciated :) Thank you!

This question is related to ACS AEM Commons.  I realize that ACS is a separate organization, but they appear to lack a similar community forum, so I thought I would try my luck here. I'm currently operating with Adobe 6.5.5.  My current objective is to upgrade from ACS AEM Commons 4.3.2 to as recent a version as possible without hitting a major obstacle.  Starting with version 4.4+, I've encountered a problem related to Generic Lists.  To reproduce, first navigate to Tools -> ACS Commons -> Generic Lists On the generics lists page, note that you can refresh the page without incident.  You can also open any existing generic lists and edit them without problems. Now, in the upper middle of the screen, click on 'Generic Lists' and switch to 'etc'. You should be taken to /generic-lists.html/etc .  Now try refreshing the page.  I received: Cannot serve request to /generic-lists.html/etc in /libs/granite/ui/comp

Hi everyone!I needed to change a component and one of its properties in dialog is a select box and I have a lot of instances of this component on my site. Now I'm needing to change all content value of this component, example, "if value old option 1 change to value old option 2" I'm trying to figure out a smart solution instead of creating a package for almost all my site, change the values and upload again...I found the ACS On-Deploy Scripts, but it is not compatible with Cloud Service, that is my case.https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/on-deploy-scripts/index.html Do you know some smart solution that I can do in batch or some like this?
