Is anyone aware of a way to have the lightbox feature in the forms 2.0 be hidden when the page loads? When I embed it as this article desctibes, https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LHCyCAO, the form lightbox is activated on page load.I would like to have the form popup in a lightbox when someone clicks a link.

My Marketo instance is set up to sync Leads and Contacts with Salesforce.  The thing I'm trying to avoid is when a list is uploaded in Marketo and it contains someone that is already a Contact in Salesforce, Marketo will update fields like Name based on the data from the list.  Sometimes this data is old, or bad, so I don't want it updating my Salesforce data.  I've given the Marketo user profile in Salesforce the appropriate permisisons, but in order to update Contacts and Leads at all, they are given access to the Name field.How do I prevent fields from being updated by new lists being uploaded in Marketo when they contain existing Contacts?

Anyone else having issues with buttons in forms 2.0? I can't figure out how to control where it appears on the page. It doesn't seem to align with anything.This is how it comes up when I add to a landing page:I've tried moving the labels to "above" instead of "left" but nothing changed.

I recently launched my first engagement program and put in about 2.800 members and after two casts (once a week) I'm staring at the dashboard pictured below. You'll notice there is no Engagement Score, nor are there any unsubscribe metrics. What am I missing?   Thanks!   Grant

I noticed something today, new leads have disappeared.I have an email alert up to notify me when someone fills out the contact us page.  In the email it has their name and when you click on it goes to their profile in marketo.Now when I click on the name in the email Marketo cannot find the record, says record doesn't exist.  And the record is not in Salesforce either.Anyone know what casues this?

We are just implementing Marketo and testing the sync with SFDC. I've sent a few records over and it looks like the first form fill ends up logging itself in the activity history but subsequent form fills aren't updating in the activity history. Is this expected?

I just sent out an email blast about 10 minutes ago to about ~1600 leads. When I look at the dashboard campaign, it shows ~1200 email delivered with "-128" opens How can "opens" be negative?

Hi!We are setting up our first engagement program - a simple drip campaign. My goal is to send a monthly email 30 days after the lead is created, then at 60 days, 90 days, and 120 days.I see that I can set the cadence so an email sends monthly after that, but it will always go out on the same day/time of the month. Using the engagement engine, is there a way to schedule it based on time passed, kind of like a wait step?

Can I see what the click and open rates are for emails that members of a smart list received during a certain time period?  I do NOT want to see the click and open rates for the entire email campaign received during a certain time period but the results ONLY for members of that Smart List.How can I see that information?

I'm trying to run some filtering so that I only pick up leads that were created longer than 90 days? The filtering lets me select "in the past" but I want "not in the past.Is there any way to set the filtering to say lead created is not the past 90 days?

I was wondering if there's a native way to know when a lead submitted a form/when they become a member of a program? Essentially I'd like to be able to look at the Members of a program and have a column telling me when they joined or filled out the form without having to go into each lead's activities.

An HTML template I'm using results in up to 72 attachments when forwarded from some email clients. Most of the attachments are named empty.gif or ATT00001.txt, ATTT00002.txt and so on. These are not actual files in the email. The actual images included in the template also appear as attachments, but that's less surprising.From what I've found so far this may be the result of how Outlook forwards HTML emails. Has anyone else ran into this? Why is the email generating so many attachments?

I use some basic boolean values in my subscription center, and I would like the cookied visitor's current choices to autopopulate. I'm reading how some folks using visibility rules or embed codes are having trouble with this, but does the non-pre-filling problem extend to simple people like me using a Marketo landing page?Name and email fields are pre-filling great, just not the radio buttons.

All, We prioritize our leads based on the type of program that they belong to. A single lead, can however, be part of a number of programs. To that effect, I was wondering if anyone had some tips as to how I can capture the most recent program a lead belonged to. That field would have to be updated whenever the lead has been added to a new marketing program. Thank you in advance for all your help. GT

I'm lost when it comes to building my email preference center. I have 8 fields in Marketo, which are all checkboxes (boolean, true/false). No matter how I build my forms (radio, buttons, select, checkbox), it won't prepopulate. Changes are updated in the database just fine, but this doesn't pre-populate (no matter what browser).

Hello folks, Looking to change the color of the field lables (I believe they're called).  I believe in the original forms there was the option to change the color of the text in the menu, but there's nothing similar to that with 2.0.  I've dabbled with CSS, but I'm not too familiar with it.  Any suggestions?  I'm trying to get the text changed from black to white.  Thanks!

We currently have an alert to set up when a visitor completes a form on our website. The problem we are seeing is when one visitor comes to the site and has multiple form completions the sales rep is getting bombarded with sales alerts.Has anyone found a successful way to limit the sale alerts from one particular user?

Hi there, I'm just looking to gain a little clarity on something I havent quite gotten my head around. I have been trying to segment our database a bit and at the same time have been setting up some webinars over the past few weeks. While segmenting the database I made the assumption that Updated meant the last time the lead had done something on the website or updated their information.However I am now assuming I am wrong as while looking through a list of registrants for next weeks webinar I noticed that while leads had filled out the form within the last 48 hours, it said they had not been updated for a number of months. So can anyone tell me exactly what it means when a lead is updated? Is it simply that their information has not been updated and not that it has anything to do with lead behaviour?Thanks in advance
